The LOWA MOUNTAINEERING sock was developed for the demanding mountain hiker and offers a perfect symbiosis between foot and shoe. This is achieved by several factors: it has the classic features of a LOWA sock such as a right/left footbed with an anatomical toe cap, an Achilles tendon protector and a ribbed comfort cuff. The anatomically positioned protectors distributed over the foot not only have a light cushioning effect, but also ensure a good foot climate thanks to their arrangement and open construction. Special attention is paid to the special support. This supports the arch of the foot efficiently against fatigue and at the same time improves the correct fit on the foot with the integrated heel support. This interplay of different material and knitting techniques guarantees a perfect fit on the foot, which proves to be the perfect support for a whole day on the mountain.
