Your first point of contact for all repairs under warranty is your LOWA dealer. With their expertise, they are best placed to judge what to do and whether your shoes should be sent in for repair or a complaint. If it is a complaint under warranty, then take the shoe to the retailer or send it to the retailer if the shoe was purchased online or elsewhere (you can find all retailershere). Please always enclose a copy of the proof of purchase and a brief description of the problem with the shoe. The retailer will then take care of the rest of the complaint process.
